AI is one of the largest shifts manufacturing has seen in decades, but it only earns a place in the control room when it holds up against engineering reality. Our models carry the physics of the process inside them, so their numbers hold outside the range of past operation. The result is more output, less energy and less waste from the plant you already run.

01 / OUR MISSION

Our mission is a ManufacturingOS: one model of the plant, where profitability, resource productivity and emissions are decided together rather than traded against each other.

That model is held to the physics of the process. Mass, momentum and energy are enforced as constraints rather than learned from data, so a setpoint the model recommends is one the plant can actually run. It takes engineers to build that, which is where our team comes in.
